博士，副教授，海军军医大学慢性病与老年护理学教研室主任，老年长期照护教育部重点实验室常务副主任。长期从事老年护理、慢病管理、老年长期照护、主动健康与健康促进领域研究，先后主持国自然面上项目、国自然青年项目、国社科重大项目子课题、上海市扬帆计划、中央军委护理培育专项等各级课题10余项；先后获上海市扬帆人才计划（护理学科首个）、海军军医大学启航人才计划、高峰学科（护理学）拔尖人才计划及登峰人才计划等，以第一/通讯作者发文36篇，含SCI论文12篇（总计IF=38.4分），其中8篇于护理或发展心理学JCR分区Q1区期刊。
PhD, Associate Professor, Director of the Chronic Disease and Geriatric Nursing Department at the Naval Medical University, and Executive Deputy Director of the Key Laboratory of Geriatric Long-term Care, Ministry of Education. Engaged in the research filed of long-term care, chronic disease management, proactive health and health promotion. Presides over 10 fund projects including National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), Youth program of NSFC, Subproject of the National Social Science Foundation Major Project and so on. Won the Shanghai Sailing Talent Program (the first one in nursing discipline), the Naval Medical University Sailing Talent Program, the Peak and Topping Talent Program of the Peak Discipline (Nursing). Published 36 papers as the first author or the corresponding author, including 12 SCI / SSCI papers (Total IF=38.5); Eight of them were published in the Q1 journal according to the JCR Division.
