就职于上海市东方医院，现工作于中心监护室。硕士，太阳成集团护理系讲师。工作至今16年余，期间于特需门诊、特需病房、产科特需病房工作，并担任带教及产科特需护士长；担任中国康复医学会慢病康复专委会秘书。

I’m working in the ICU of Shanghai East Hospital.I graduated with a master's degree and served as a lecturer in the Nursing Department of Tongji University. I have been working for more than 16 years, during which I have worked in VIP outpatient clinics, VIP wards and obstetrics VIP wards，and I served as the department supervisor and head nurse of obstetrics.I also served as the secretary of the Chronic Disease Rehabilitation Committee of the Chinese Rehabilitation Medical Association.

以第一作者发表中文核心期刊论文2篇，SCI论文1篇（Q1,IF=4.68）；获得实用新型专利2项；以第一负责人主持上海市东方医院“天使计划”暨青年护士成长计划项目；获得奖项：2021、2022上海市护理学会护理人文专委会学术交流征文一等奖；2021年度华东地区医院管理论坛优秀论文；2023年度第十六届上海市医院管理学术大会优秀论文。

I have published 2 papers in Chinese core journals and 1 SCI paper（Q1,IF=4.68） as the first author. I obtained 2 utility model patents;As the first person in charge, I presided over the "Angel Plan" and Young Nurse Growth Plan project of Shanghai East Hospital;I got the first prize in the academic exchange essay contest of the Nursing Humanities Special Committee of Shanghai Nursing Society in 2021 and 2022. Excellent paper of East China Hospital Management Forum in 2021; Excellent paper of the 16th Shanghai Hospital Management Academic Conference in 2023.
