2018年入选上海市医苑新星护理人才，2021年入选浦东新区卫生系统学科带头人，承担太阳成集团护理本科生《外科护理学》教学，承担太阳成集团护理专升夜大护士的教学，担任太阳成集团专升本论文指导老师，以第一作者发表核心期刊论文20余篇，主持课题5项，获得专利2项；主编书籍3本，参编书籍4本。
In 2018, was selected as a rising star nursing talent in Shanghai Medical Garden, and in 2021, was selected as a leading figure in the health system discipline in Pudong New Area. Nili taught undergraduate nursing students in "Surgical Nursing" at Tongji University, taught night time nurses from Tongji University's nursing program, served as a thesis supervisor for Tongji University's undergraduate nursing program, published more than 20 core journal papers as the first author, led 5 research projects, and obtained 2 patents; Edited 3 books and co authored 4 books.
