获第六届“左英护理奖“、上海市护理学会“杰出护理工作者”、海军军医大学“校嘉奖”等荣誉。国家临床护理重点专科项目第一负责人，第一申请人获批课题基金15项（800万元），其中国社科、军队课题4项、上海市级课题8项；获批成果奖项11项，其中军队科技进步奖2项、上海市及以上成果奖5项。以第—或通讯作者发表核心期刊论文58篇，其中SCI6篇，参与专家共识编写2部（其中副主编1部）；主编专著21部，其中教材2 部（其中十三五教材1部）、科普1部（该科普书籍获2021年上海优秀科普图书奖）；获批专利24项其中发明专利2项。
She was awarded the 6th "Zuo Ying Nursing Award", "Outstanding Nursing Worker" by Shanghai Nursing Association, "School Commendation" by Naval Medical University and other honors. The first person in charge of the national key specialty Program of clinical Nursing and the first applicant were approved 15 project funds (8 million yuan), including 4 national and military projects and 8 Shanghai municipal-level projects. There were 11 approved achievement awards, including 2 military Science and Technology Progress Awards and 5 Shanghai Achievement Awards and above. As the first or corresponding author, she has published 58 papers in core journals, 6 of which are in science, and participated in the preparation of 2 expert consensus books (1 of which is an associate editor). She has edited 21 monographs, including 2 textbooks (including 1 textbook for the 13th Five-Year Plan) and 1 popular science book (this popular science book won the 2021 Shanghai Excellent Popular Science Book Award). Twenty-four patents were approved, including 2 invention patents.
