担任《中华急危重症护理杂志》《军事护理》等杂志编委。近三年以第一/通讯作者发表核心期刊论文30余篇，其中SCI论文7篇，主编专著6部。主持军队重点课题、上海市卫健委、申康医院发展中心课题共5项，获得中华护理学会科技成果奖、上海市护理科技成果奖、上海市卫健委优秀护理项目奖等各类成果奖项4项。
She serves as an editorial board member of several journals, including Chinese Journal of Emergency and Critical Care Nursing and Military Nursing. In the past three years, she has published more than thirty papers in core journals as the first/corresponding author, including seven SCI papers, and edited six monographs. She has presided over a total of five key projects of the army, Shanghai Municipal Health Commission, and Shanghai Development Centre. And she has won four awards for various achievements, such as the Scientific and Technological Achievement Award of the Chinese Nursing Association, the Scientific and Technological Achievement Award of Shanghai Municipal Nursing, and the Award for Outstanding Nursing Project of Shanghai Municipal Health Commission.
