国自然杰出青年获得者、教育部长江学者、上海市领军人才。近年来主持完成国家自然科学基金5项，教育部及上海市科委等纵向科研课题10项。负责20余项国际和国内多中心呼吸系统疾病临床试验。作为第一或通讯作者在Nature Immunology, AJRCCM, European Respiratory Journal, EMBO Molecular Medicine及Lancet子刊等权威杂志发表论文100余篇。主编医学书籍3部，参编专著10部。培养硕士和博士研究生十余名。

Prof.Xu, “Winner of the National Outstanding Youth Fund”,“Changjiang Scholar, Ministry of Education”、“Leading Talents in Shanghai ”.In charge of 5 programs of National Natural Science Foundation of China. Responsible for more than 20 domestic and international multicenter new drugs clinical trials for respiratory diseases. He has published more than 100 papers as the first or corresponding author in SCI journals, including Nature Immunology, AJRCCM, the European Respiratory Journal, Chest, Annals of ATS, Journal of Pathology, Clinical Microbiology and Infection, Stem Cells and other magazines. Published more than 10 medical books. Tutoring more than ten master and PhD students.
