专注于借助肺癌抑制基因Gprc5a缺失小鼠，研究肺癌发生、发展和转移的相关机制，尤其是炎症因子与免疫抑制和肺转移龛的形成之间的关系以及肺癌干细胞的直接起源细胞的研究，相关成果发表在Cancer Research、Oncogene等杂志上。目前以第一作者和共同第一作者共发表SCI论文7篇，主持国家自然科学基金青年项目一项。
Focusing on the study of mechanisms related to the occurrence, development and metastasis of lung cancer, especially the relationship between inflammatory factors, immune suppression, and the formation of lung metastasis niches, as well as the direct origin cells of lung cancer stem cells by utilizing lung cancer suppressor gene Gprc5a deficient mice, the relevant results have been published in journals such as Cancer Research and Oncogene. Currently, 7 SCI papers has been published as the first author and co-first author and chaired a National Natural Science Foundation of China.
