临床医学博士。美国康奈尔大学高级访问学者。专注于男科疾病的基础和临床疾病的诊治研究工作。对于男性迟发性性腺功能减退症，男性不育，男性性功能障碍，生殖男科疾病诊治有深入的见解。学术研究方向主要有：男性不育精原干细胞DNA损伤修复与基因组稳定性维持机制研究；精原干细胞DNA损伤修复过程中的染色质重塑机制；生殖细胞组蛋白修饰功能与男性不育发生机制研究。主持国家自然科学基金1项，上海市自然科学基金1项，上海市卫计委课题1项，在男性不育基础研究具有一定的学术影响力。
Male infertility is a crucial problem in modern society. However, the details in abnormal spermatogenesis procedure still remains unclear. Thus, my overarching goal is to unravel the mechanism of genome stability maintenance in germline progenitor cells.
Our present research work mainly focus on following aspects:
1) DNA damage repair response and cell-tissue specifics mechanism in spermatogonial stem cells.
2) Chromatin remodeling mechanism in spermatogonial stem cells during DNA damage repair.
3) Histone modification in germline cells and its relationship with male infertility.
Our investigations are supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China；Shanghai Municipal Commission of science and technology and Shanghai Municipal Health Commission.
