聚焦高危妊娠对母儿结局的影响的研究,针对子痫前期这一妊娠期严重并发症,进行深入的机制研究,为子痫前期新的潜在治疗靶点提供理论依据。长期从事应用组织工程治疗盆底疾病的研究,致力于应用骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)治疗早期盆底脱垂和盆腔脏器的损伤修复等相关机制和临床研究;
Professor Hua has been long engaged in explorations in tissue engineering for pelvic floor dysfunctions. She has been working on the application and the mechanism of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) in the treatment of early pelvic floor prolapse and pelvic organ damage, and achieved a more effective treatment than traditional methods. She has also focused on the impact of high-risk pregnancy on maternal and neonatal outcomes. Her in-depth mechanistic and clinical research has made many contributions to the pathogenesis and treatment of preeclampsia, one of the serious pregnancy complications, and provided a theoretical basis for potential therapeutic targets for preeclampsia.
作为项目负责人,主持包括3项国家自然科学基金在内的多项科研基金,近年来以第一作者或通讯作者发表论文43篇,其中SCI论文34篇,最高影响因子9.1分,累计影响因子141.4分。
As the project leader, Professor Hua has hosted a number of scientific research projects, including 3 National Natural Science Foundation of China. She has published 43 papers as the first/corresponding author in recent years, including 34 SCI papers with a total IF of 141.4 in which the highest IF is 9.1.
